Multilog invests in equipment to increase the efficiency of operations

The new equipment is the result of an investment of R$ 9 million. Recently, the company acquired four electric pallet trucks, six forklift trucks with retractable model, one Meclift and two stackers that allow to reduce the overall time of operations by up to 30% 

Multilog started the year by investing in 12 new front forklifts to increase the efficiency of operations in many distribution centers, located close to the main ports, airports and border points in Brazil. This is the second in a series of investment rounds planned by the company. In the first, held in the second half of last year, Multilog acquired four electric pallet trucks, six retractable forklifts, one Meclift and two Stackers. In all, investments in recent months have already totaled R$ 20 million in cargo handling equipment.

“These acquisitions will improve our efficiency in the bonded areas and in the Distribution Centers. One of our great goals this year is also to acquire a new fleet of trucks, so that the entire logistics combo is met with the agility and precision of Multilog”, said the Director of Operations and Transport, Fabrício Baggio. The strategy is to use the latest technologies available on the market to ensure agility in operations.
